They manipulate you to dish out thousands of dollars for their services and knowledge. They promise that you will succeed in real estate and will be a millionaire in a short amount of time. They give you false hope and help, and leaves you in deeper debt, than you were already, by telling you that you need to spend money to make money, and take risks for success.

They take your money and then won't give it back, even though they promise you a refund if you don't succeed.

I, personally put 15,000 on my credit card, under the idea of making that money back with my first house deal, that hasn't happen and wont happen any time soon. Now I can't even get a loan for a house, because I have too much debt, and I'm in a hole soo deep, I cant get out.

I would appreciate getting my money back.
