If you are considering participating in Robert Allen's program BEWARE!

The three-day workshop is filled with LOTS of great information. However, under NO CIRCUMSTANCES should you pay ONE SINGLE PENNY MORE for anything else that is offered. Everything you need to know is included in the 3-day workshop. Everything past that is just a ploy to squeeze you for more money.

Trust me. I feel that the $3000 I spent was justified. The $20,000 I spent afterwards has just been a waste.

I have sent my complaint letter to several of the instructors and other staff members with absoutely NO response as to a refund for the service promised but not delivered.

My advice to anyone looking to get into real estate investing is to look for an investment group in your area. TONS of FREE information is available there.

After trying for 4 months to deal with people directly associated with Robert Allen I went directly to the Better Business Bureau in Florida. Apparently that's what it takes to get a response because shortly thereafter I was finally offered solutions to the issues I had/have with the program.

I appreciate the fact that the Dynetech staff FINALLY offered me a resolution. However, I still stand by the statement that people are better off attending the real estate investing club meetings in their home area as their primary method of learning.
