ISI will calls you in for a 3 day educational real estate stock market seminar and convinces you to spend thousands of dollars on products that are worth nothing or have little value.
You are called into a three day seminar where you learn about selling real estate and buying stocks. The information is real.
But, if you speak up during this seminar and disagree you are out. They will slam you if you question them.
You will be brainwashed and hypnotized into believing that you can make hunderds of thousands of dollars with the help of ISI and sleaseball Sid Sperry. They tell you the first real estate deal they help you with will bring you $30,000 and that will instantly payoff your credit card that you used to pay for the ISI ripoff scam bogus unethical unlawful false program they offer.
Sid Sperry slimeball is the President of ISI Income Strategies Institute and he usually shows up for an hour or two at the three day seminar. He may even tell you he is very familiar with the real estate in your neck of the woods, well he is just making it up.
Sid Sperry usually tells a story of how he took millions of dollars from an absentee landowner in Provo for some land he plans to develop there. He ripped a lady off for at least a million dollars in an 'honest' but unethical deal with a widow who was in Japan and her property was distressed due to unpaid mortgage or back taxes. Sid Sperry is a total slimeball. He took this very nice lady to the cleaners and now he goes around bragging about it. Sid steals from widows, he is a jerk.
Credit Card Scam - Beware - When you sign up for the seminar if you check the wrong box your credit card will be charged monthly for a special website they sell to you if you don't read the fine print. Beware.
Watch out for the Thugs that work for ISI. They stand in the back of the class and if you say anything to question the company they with physically extract you from the seminar.
Do not do business with ISI. They just want your money.
Beware of Sid Sperry - He is a crook and will take you for all he can get.
Why do you think they have a 3 day refund policy. ask for a 30 or 60 day refund policy in writing, write it on the contract. they won't allow it. if you really think forking out $5000 to $50,000 makes any kind of sense. If you have $30,000 go find a good property and just buy it. you can do great on your own!
