IAI lied to me about some Real Estate classe for which I paid $11,995. The charge was made ny the Learning Annex. After more than four months trying to resolve this situation, the Learning Annex refused to return the money charged to my credit card. IAI (International Associaton of Investors) partner with the Learning Annex to take money from innocent people like me that believe in them and in their intentions of helping you to become a professional Real Estate Investor. I have sent several e-mails to Mr Bill Zanker and his staff at the Learning Annex but only a guy name Michael K. has called but no resolution has been made. If I have not use their services at all, I don not understand why they refuse to return my money. Tim Gorsline, the seminar speaker who promises us support when we made the deal, wrote to me a few weeks ago and told me he has the integrity to deal with this situation but he has not help at all, most likely he already got his piece of the cake and do not care about this issue anymore. I urge people who read this not believe in Don Burham and his very motivating speech in the Wealth Expo organized by the Learning Annex. They partner to scam: one company offer you the services and the other charges your credit card and when it comes to resolve a customer complaint nobody wants to face responsibility. The Learnning Annex has a very good reputation in the market of educational services, I can't believe they will allow their name to be jeopardized by denying a legitimate claim from a very frustrated customer.
