Transform Destiny - Michael Stevenson Made a purchase in April 2009, no delivery and now they will not respond to emails. Fountain Valley, California

Hello All

I purchased on the 4/04/2009 online a manual for USD$19.98. At first I did not know what it was on my credit card, as the transaction looked like it did not go thorough on the web site. So I inquired.

I was told that yes it had gone through, and I would have to wait for the manual to come. Many weeks pasted, and I email them about 1 every month. At first I got emails responses like;

nothing arrived, then on the 22 July 2009 I sent Michael this email.

Appreciate your time in responding. Originally I had no idea what the purchase was, when I originally purchased the product from your web site the transaction did not go through, as it had an error. I did send you a message at that time.
 
Then many weeks later I saw the transaction on my credit card, and questioned what it was.
 
I am happy to get the book, but looking for a relevant time frame, its now 15 weeks later, and I have not seen anything. I have spoken to Australia post and they advise me of no known imports in my name and tell me the max time expected by sea travel is 12 weeks.
 
So we are in a strange position now, I would like to help you, as I think you genuinely need help. Do you get a lot of orders from this part of the world. I am happy to organize from this side and forward them on for you.
 
Well let me know if you have any ideas.

After many email from me, I was told then had no parcel control and had no idea when it would arrive. Now my last 2-3 emails have had no reply, and we are in November 2009

I would has reservations about using this service in the future.

Seeing I have had no response to my last 2 emails, We are now in November* 2009, and still no mail delivery.
 
I think this takes us to around 25 weeks now.
 
Can you please supply some recommendations on how we can sort this out?
 
Failure to respond will leave me with no other option than to report you, and promote you as a alleged scammer.
