This company called my neighbor and call me and my wife trying to get information then sent gave me 5 day to pay or sue then set up an agreement and next day stated a lawsuit and got a judgement then a garnishment on my bank and too my SSI I am a senior and did not know i had to file at the couthouse and pay fees i did not have on Feb 1, 2008 they took all my money when I got the papers on Janurary 31, 2008 I call them and reminded them that all my income was except and they took 11 day to put it back and caused late charges and bounced checks and made so I am going have to send money orders until I can get some help so I can go back to auto pay on my trailer home and car. The same day they made out the garisment paper they did a Written Interrogatories and received it on the 11th the same day that I got my money back in the bank. Which has left me with no money in the bank for food or Gas. My wife is disabled and I care for here 24/7. The court and the said I have to retain a lawyer to help me get things back on track. I am complaning to the OBA and Senitor Smith's office.

Yet another example of these scoundrels

AUTHOR: David - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Saturday, August 09, 2008

Unfortunately we have here another example of how these scoundrels operate...preying on the elderly who probably don't know too much about legal matters.

You know, this really irritates me to no end. If anyone out here is the position to refuse goods and services to employees of this company under the "we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone" clause, do so! I know that if I ever find out someone works for these scoundrels...out the door they go!

If you really want an example of who should be treated like a second class citizen, it's companies like these that prey on the elderly and disabled like this. Shame on them!

For advice, I'd find a senior advocate that could look into this matter for you. I'm sorry you've had to experience this stress and harshness of these scoundrels.
