BigBlueRobot SCAM Bigbluerobot.com ripped me off, do not trust Big Blue Robot, Internet

I decided to go with Big Blue Robot known as bigbluerobot.com. At first, they sounded great and one was supposed to get all of the untrue acusations off the first page. Immediately after signing, they started charging a lot of extra money. I signed up in June, paid a lot of money up front and it's now the end of October and there is still no results. There are to many agents assigned to one account and noone is in a hurry to work on anything. When calling customer support or techincal support, most agents are less than helpful. Bigbluerobot is a well marketed and misleading company. At the end of the day, it's an expensive do it yourself SEO company. If you want something doen right, do yourself a favour and do not use Big Blue Robot. You'll turn old grey and very frustrated dealing with this poorly organized comapny. Just because they claim their fame does not mean a whole of a lot anymore.
