Judge John P. Duffy gave Michael's children to convicted murderer and pedophile Tracey Richter, and also gave her all of his assets.

Michael insisted his parent file suit against him in Cherokee district court, with Michael as a willing as a willing defendant.  This was done to circumvent the corruption of Judge John P. Duffy who was systematically diverting all marital assets to Tracey Richter.

Michael initiate this action to stop Judge Duffy from carrying through with his order to return the one remaining asset worth a measly $21,000.00 to his court's control.  It is suspected that Judge Duffy was diverting these assets unjustly so that his law school buddy, who was coincidentally Tracey's divorce attorney, could collect on the massive legal bills they Tracey Richter had racked up with him.

Thankfully the operation worked, and the modest property is still owned by Michael's father and geriatric mother who lives in community care. Michael is slowly but surely chipping away at the remaining debt to his parents.
