SentimentMetrics.com is absolutely ridiculous! I was baited in by their pitch for "restore online reputation" with the "best pricing." My project officially started 7/13/09 and I am still waiting for some results.
SentimentMetrics Account Managers- if you want to call them that, are nothing more than recent high school graduates that think they understand the computing world. They have absolutely "managerial" talent or authority. They have "supervisors" listed under their contacts to make complaints to, however they don't provide a name or extension. I've sent over 240 emails since 6/11/09 to which a "supervisor" has never responded! I'm on my 3rd "account manager" this week. Sentiment Metrics is the worst SEO company ever. These guys don't know what they are doing but they charge you every month.

Hi,

I am the managing director of Sentiment Metrics. I think this report is either mistaken identity or possibly an attempt to damage our reputation?

I would like to address the comments in the report:

We aren't actually a SEO company but a social media monitoring and analysis company.

We don't do restoring reputation for people, we do however do the listening for people to see what is being said about them online.

We also don't have any high school graduates on our team.

We also only have one contact us form listed on our site and there is no mentions of supervisors or account managers so I am not sure where this information may have been retrieved from?

I can also assure you we have never recieved 240 emails from anyone, and have a 1 business day response SLA with all our clients.

If the poster could come back online and confirm whether they have written down the wrong company that would be great.
