THE OWNER OF EFFICIENCY EXPERTS HVAC, LLC, WAS EXONERATED IN 2007 BY BOTH

 A PINELLAS COUNTY JUDGE AND THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF LAW ENFORCEMENT

(FDLE), OF AN ALLEGED OFFENSE THAT WAS LATER DISCOVERED TO BE LARGELY

CONJECTURE (FACTUALLY UNTRUE).

A CAREFUL REVIEW OF FDLE RECORDS WILL CONFIRM THIS.   IT IS ALSO NOTABLE

THAT THIS OFFENSE WAS ALLEGED IN 1990...THE OWNER OF EFFICIENCY EXPERTS

WAS 17 YEARS OLD AT THAT TIME.

THIS APPEARS TO BE NOTHING MORE THAN A STAB AT THE OWNER OF A VERY

REPUTABLE LOCAL COMPANY, BY A DISGRUNTLED FORMER EMPLOYEE.

 

I KNOW THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY PERSONALLY...AND I ALSO KNOW THAT HE WAS WRONGLY CHARGED IN 1990 WHEN HE WAS 17 YEARS OLD....IN 2007 HE WAS EXONERATED BY A JUDGE IN PINELLAS COUNTY AND ALSO BY THE FDLE...THE OWNER IS A HARD-WORKING MAN, WITH A LOVELY FAMILY AND 3 CHILDREN...HE DOESNT POSE A THREAT TO ANYONE....MORE LIKELY IS THE PEOPLE THAT HE EMPLOYS THAT ARE THE ONE TO WATCH....THE OWNER IS A KIND HEARTED AND GENEROUS MAN...I THINK PEOPLE THAT SPEND THEIR DAYS DIGGING UP DIRT ON OTHER HAVE TOO MUCH TIME ON THEIR HANDS AND NEED TO GET A JOB....AS IS THE SITUATION WITH THE 90 PERCENT OF THOSE PEOPLE LIVING IN THIS AREA.

 

Somehow my post got into a spot where it looks like I might have some argument with the originally posted complaint on the company here. I want to let people know first off that I meant to post this to the rebuttals posted in December 2009 defending this creep. I have some knowledge of this company through a family member and anyone who defends this dude is probably getting paid in one way or the other to do so. Either that or he has posted the rebuttals defending himself, which is what a lot of contractors who see complaints against them will do. You see it time and time again and the first clue is usually their trying to put everything off to a disgruntled employee.  As far as the comments after this post, I'd like to ask if this guy has such a wonderful family life why was he arrested for smacking his wife around a couple of months before you posted this? Believe it was July 2009 and you can check it with the citrus county sheriff office website. I know there's always some kind of BS reason they give why it was Ok for them to act like that on that particular day and it's never happened before and will never happen again and so on. BS! If you believe that you're an idiot.Also if he's such a wonderful person why is another company (Cool-Aid) purporting to have bought him out and "visiting" all of his clients in the Floral City area badmouthing him and his business practices when an internet search will show that Michael P. Watkins owns both companies, uses the same phone numbers, email address and everything. Just how unscrupulous is that? Badmouth yourself because your business practices were so bad people complained, close your building and open up under another name and continue the same crappy ways over and over again. If the state of Florida were to look into it, I think they'd probably find he's done this all over the state, at least from Ocala to the west coast and as far south as Spring Hill and maybe even further. Frankly, I'm getting sick of finding information on the guy, there's that much of it.

Does anyone else find it odd that both of the posts defending this person were submitted the same day and both are in all caps? Does it make anyone else think they may have been posted by the same person? Who would call a "general manager" of a company with a very bad reputation in the area to check information on that same company and actually believe they were hearing the truth? Who was the general manager that day? LOL And if you're exonerated doesn't the Florida Department of Corrections site have to take your photo down at some point? I would think if I had been accused and convicted and incarcerated for such a crime and then later exonerated I would follow through to the best of my ability to have my name removed from the FLDOC public information that is available to anyone that searches my name.

you need the whole story before you point fingers. this is the only company ill use. everybody screwed up once in there life
