UPDATE: 05/10/2005 – The Attorney of record for the suspected child molester Is Jay Beatty of the Law Offices of Michalk, Beatty & Alcozer in Killeen, Texas. During a recorded telephone conversation on Monday – May 9th 2005, the Attorney Jay Beatty, admitted in that conversation that his client James E. Worrell, Jr. Did in fact smoke marijuana with my daughter molestation victim – Stephanie E. Richeson.

Please remember that innocent until proven guilty. The Harker Heights Police Department is unwavering in its pursuit with child molesters. I know. Also, this man is not a police officer and never has been one for the City of Harker Heights.

Please also remember that this was put up by someone who may or may not be telling the truth.

KCOP - employment information pertaining to James E. Worrell, Jr. - Suspected Child Molester, contact the Killeen, Police Department at (254) 501-8800 - KCOP Team Leader - Tammy Moseley. Mr. James E. Worrell has been under investigation for 5 years for sexual related offenses. Mr. Worrell has relocated to: 2110 Gina Drive in Harker Heights, Texas 76548. Mr. James E. Worrell, Jr. will probably be indicted for sexual assualt upon a minor. This is a 2nd degree Felony with a penalty range of 2-20 years in a Texas state prison. Mr. James E. Worrell's previous convictions include possession and use of Marijuana. James E. Worrell, Jr's Modus Operandi involves the use of Marijana while grooming his victims. James E. I have specific knowledge that James E. Worrell, Jr. was employed as a KCOP at the Killeen Police Department. Mr. Worrell may not remember me, But I sure as heck remember him. We will probably see each other in Court Soon. Shawn, Don't Worry, when Mr. Worrell is added to the Sexual Offender Registry, the world will know all about James E. Worrell, Jr. I do not know the Tammy that responded before me, but it looks alot like Doris Worrell, His Wife, who actually wrote the response. I would ask that "Tammey" Call me at (254) 681-7076. It appears that the Harker Heights PD Protects their own. Tammy Pearson a Sergeant with The Harker Heights Police Department posted a response to this web site and according to detective Simmons of the Harker Heights Police Department had never even interviewed the Victim Stephanie Richeson. In turn she filed in behalf of the Child Molester James E. Worrell a complaint against the father for harrassing the Child Molester James E. Worrell, Jr.

Unfortunately for James E. Worrell, Jr. - Filing a false complaint in itself a crime subject to both Criminal and civil penalties. You will go to jail before this is done. Confessing to your crime is your simplest way out. By the way, It appears that everyone but the Child Molester -JAMES E. WORRELL, JR. has posted a comment. Please tell the public how you fondle and molest children. You even did to your own daughter in law Heidi. That story is coming soon...

WE HAVE TO PUT A STOP TO OFFICIAL MISCONDUCT

I Was checking to see if there were other complaints regarding the police (I have one of my own) and came across your rip off. There is no doubt that police look out for thier own and the judges and the lawyer look out for them too. It's like some kind of "official" family or something. I believe though that nothing beats a try but a failure so I'm going to suggest that you contact the Office of Professional Responsibility 801 Shepard Street N.W Washington Dc 20011-5822 Ph# 202-574-6100.

If they can't help I do believe they may be able to guide the way. I'm sending them a letter also regarding my situation (see Niagarafall Police dept) Good luck

Typical Killeen Police Dept Behaviour

I also went thru similar incident with the Killeen Police Dept, they are like that. They do not care to protect the citizens even if the perpetrator is not connected to the Police Dept.

They love and protect businesses, thier own officers, city officials and do not protect and hate citizens. The Killeen Police Dept needs to have a class action suit. There will be many coming out of the woodwork with similar issues of the dept not doing it's job. They also need to be reported to the FBI.

Maybe this individual did as he pleased knowing the dept would do nothing.
