Credible information has been disclosed that Matthew mullhofer aka Matthew C. Mullhofer was accused of a sexual assault on a female guest at the Ritz Carlton Laguna Niguel in 1996 or 1997. Matt was employed as a busboy or waiter and was working for room service at the time. A coworker heard a woman call for help and matt mullhofer was seen exiting the private suite.

A report was filed with the hotel security and matthew mullhofer was dismissed. The victim immediately checked out and relocated to another hotel for her safety. These facts have been verified by interviews with several co-workers and personell at the Ritz carlton now in dana point. He immediatly left his employment and I believe the publicity dept at the hotel tried to keep it quiet.

I would be very carefull if I were a possible female client and were left in the room alone with this aggresive type character. also, i would not leave my wife, sister or any young female alone in the conference room, interview room or any area with a closed door that can be locked. We know this was a while ago but would you hire this guy if he had to be around your family or relatives. I was his coworker and I felt extremely uncomfortable being around him and listinging to his stories of conquest of women of all ages and races.

The incident happened many years ago whem I was a student and working part-time.  I did not force myself on any woman and all physical contact was consensual.  The other women who complained about me were just digruntled co-workers I dated and they were only trying to extort money when the found out I was going to be an attorney.  They obviously worrked together and spread all these lies about me.

You can call my supervisor and the personell department at the Ritz Hotel in Dana Point they can verify that no criminal charges were filed and the the women later recanted her rape allegations.  I quit my job there and the record shows that my termination was voluntary. No charges were filed and the District Attorney would not prosecute me for voluntary sex with a willing participant.

This information can be verified by calling my Manager and he will explain that I was an excellent staff member and that these allegations of assault were never proven.  The manager Bruce Brainerd has access to my full employment history.  He is fully aware of the case and that I was never put in jail for even a day.  His phone number is (949)240-2000 and ask for the manager of employment affairs.

If anyone keeps bringing up these libelous allegation without positive written proof I will have my litigation council file a lawsuit againt you and anyone who passes on the slander.  Believe me, I have won these cases in the past and I will never stop till my name is cleared and you stop bringing up my past activities which for which the statute of limitations has long run out.

You must be a crappy lawyer. The OP never said you were a registered sex offender.

mullhofer on megan's law list 2009

I went to California's Registered Sex Offenders - Megan's Law - California Dept. of Justice and I typed in 2107 S. Broadway Santa Ana, CA 92707 and sure enough he shows up with Big Red Star right at his address.  Pretty scary....

article in orange county register

I came across an interesting article in the Orange County Register on september 19, 2009 which goes into detail about Matt's latest dealings being investigated by the Fullerton Police Department. Sargent Mike McDonald has Matt on his radar screen for these offenses and its only a matter of time before they catch up with him.

just a warning not to be taken in by this total scam artist who will steal your home through his bogus trust program.  Do not give this loser your information on your property or bank account information.  this is the most corrupt individual who will take your money and never help you with anything.  my family lost their credit and house to his loan modification scam.
