Placed an order at the beginning of September and received an email confirming my order and charging my credit card.  Still have not received anything (they claim to have super fast shipping, 5-7 days).  I live in the same state, so it definitely should not be taking this long to receive my products.

I have been calling every day for about 4-5 days now, no one ever picks up there.  Sent an email, again, no response.  

However this is not my first time ordering from them.  Placed in order back in June and after 2 weeks of not receiving my products I started calling them, they told me some of the products I ordered were out of stalk and would be shipping out in a day or two.  Yet they did not notify me of this and I had to figure it out on my own.  Still took about 4 weeks to receive my products.  Thought it might have just been a one time thing.

I suggest not ordering from this company as it is very hard to contact them and once your credit card is charged you receive little information.

First, please let me apologize that you had such a unsatisfactory experience with our company. We clearly failed in providing you with good customer service, particularly in not communicating with you about your order and giving you the information you needed. 

I believe our emails were not getting through to you because of a spam filter on either your end or our end. We reshipped your order on September 24th and we haven't heard from you since then so I assume that the order has been received.

Please contact me directly the next time you want to place an order and I will not only make sure it gets delivered blindingly fast, but that it is free of charge. 

Again my apologies, please let me know if there's anything else I can do to make up for our lack of communication about your order.
