I have been apart of the sales team for this company for a year and it is a pretty small company but for its size it does have phenomenal service. On the website it clearly states that to offer low prices, we dont have 24 hour phone attendant but we return calls within 24 hours and emails even faster. We process orders sometimes immediately but if an item chosen is NOT in stock or holiday item then we notify customers immediately about that problem and give them the option to wait for it or a REFUND. Most other stores even wholesalers will process the order and you wait weeks and never know that the item is not available or in stock, NOT with our company.

We are not even sure WHO placed that Rip Off Report because we never got any feedback in October that someone was unhappy with an order or NEVER received an item. I think people should give companies a fair chance to rectify situations before they post things they cannot take back. As a representative of the company I am proud and we do get most satisfactory results. We strive to give 100% customer satisfaction but there will be customers you just cannot please and that is being realistic.

We do apologize to the person that had any problems with our service and ask that in the future whether with us or another company that you mention this to the company directly. Most companies are in business to earn a long term relationship. We have earned a few and we want to continue and if there is somethimg we can do to make things better than let us know.
