We were first introduced to this company awhile ago from former acquaintances.  When the reps came to the house to discuss their delivery services I thought it might be a good idea since we have a growing family.  However at the end of our session I remember feeling a little annoyed that they continually pressured me to buy various appliances and cookware from them.  They also would not give me straight forward answers to my questions regarding pricing of the food and their so called "discounts." We ended up purchasing the freezer from them (big mistake) because they said there was no way our food was going to fit in a regular freezer.  I said that I would just order enough to fit in our home freezer and he said it doesn't work that way.  I asked why and he said I had to order way more than that to satisfy a minimum order amount.  The rep went on and on about how poorly we must be eating and how poor quality the food we buy must be for our children.

Later on the rep came back for reorder and pressured us so bad into buying their cookware claiming it is the best we will ever use.  It's not and they will not return it. In addition, Celebrity Foods constantly misses their appointments with us for food delivery and always has some bogus excuse why they didn't make it.  I have been late to work or had to miss work because of their negligence. They often say they will make it up by throwing in an extra steak or something next time.  The most recent encounter with them involved missing food from my order AGAIN.  I was so mad that I called them to complain, AGAIN.  The individual said , "Well how about I give you the option of either a hundred dollars off your next food order or a hundred dollars of your next upcoming bill?"  I said ok how about $100 off my next upcoming bill.  The next bill came around and it was never adjusted.  I paid $100 less because I had that coming.  Their finance company calls and says I'm delinquent on the account and I explained to them why I am not. She attempts to contact the individual that made this offer to me and says that the individual said she never said that to me. Furthermore the finance rep said that the individual has no authorization to do that anyway. I am extremely upset with these people and feel this is the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with. I can't wait to terminate this contract. What a rip off!
