Paid down payment on May 29th to ship horse from Massachusetts to Arkansas, After repeated attempts to finalize pickup, nothing was ever done.

It is now September and my horse is still here, so I have to pay another shipper.

We have tried phone calls, which were never answered, so we left messages to which there was no response.

We tried emails, and again, there was no response.

Downpayment is $$$ out the window!
