United Pacel Service Service is lacking, lost package for over 5 days, found it empty returned it to shipper. Now Since I complained, I am targeted. ripoff Houston Texas

I say service sells and Fed-x and even the post office gives better service. Delivery time for ground shipments are left to chance for an on timely delivery.
I must have the sorriest driver around, Four or five years ago I lived in a different part of town and that driver would make a second attempt to my house, then after he learned that I would be home after four everyday he would make sure to route his deliveries so he could deliver mine after then.

I think the problem is with more than just this driver.
I was called Sunday Night by UPS to make sure someone was home this Monday to sign, which I was. But the dog I was letting in and out, if she barked I would open the door and look out. On the outside of my fence was the note stating there was a dog, no return trip that evening, so then Tuesday I expected him again, maybe early for the dog's sake, sure enough he does not show up until I have left for the doctor appointment at 1:00 PM.

So did I get a return attempt tonight. no.
This time it was on the door because I left a note stating the dog would be kept inside all day, or until he came. I should state my dog only barked twice Monday and I opened the front door both times, and in my pups defense, which is still less than a year old, she will lick you and may jump up on you to be petted, but to growl or bark at someone is unheard of. Now knocking on the door will set her off, but not meeting her in the yard.

I may have made the driver mad by asking why he did not knock on the garge door, He knows they have called and ask for someone to be here.

What lousy service

Well, I will not do business with them and have already told orders not to be shipped via UPS. so good luck and happy shipping,

I had a similiar experience when I ordered a computer from Dell(which turned out to be a big mistake.). I lived in an apartment at the time. During the time I ordered my computer, I became injured on the job, which caused my arm to be in a sling. The driver came only once and left a note saying I would have to go pick it up!! First of all, I did not have a car at the time and I was injured. After I called UPS and complained, the driver came back. Even though my arm was in a sling, he pushed it into my doorway and LEFT!!! How in the hell am I supposed to get that gigantic heavy box in the door with one arm?? I finally had to grin and bear it and pushed it inside with my one working arm and shoulder. I hate UPS and sneer everytime I see their trucks!

Video surveillance

I have video's of this and I will watch for them today, it is recorded and I can make snap shots of his attempt or non attempt today. It is posted that this area is under surveillance. It is just lousy service. Proof is in the video.
