For so many years, every time I saw UPS small black truck. It reminds me the unhappy experience with UPS.
Year 2000, When I moved from Vancouver to London Ontario, for school. I used UPS. I sent totally 4 boxes and 2 suitcases. I only got three boxes. I called them to track the other one. The representative was very rude. She told me that the boxes/suitcases were mis-sending somewhere once. (but still in London).
>She said: You should learn how to write address, because there is an address mistake, we sent them to somewhere else once.
>I asked her: The address on the customer copy is correct, and the addresse on the boxes and suitcase which I received are correct. Where is the wrong address? >She said: In my computer.
>I said: Is there any chance I can touch your computer and typed it wrong?. I talked with her manager couple of times. His conclusion about my lost box:
You used us, you take the risk. there is no compensation. even no apology for their bad service, rude attitude.
My suggestion for individual user, you do not use UPS unless you are in business or have a business account. They do not care your thing.
