I hired Keith at Country Press / Wraps by Keith to wrap my tow truck. I had Keith design a wrap, which I had signed off on. Plus Keith had me sign an agreement that I would only judge the finished product for 10 feet away.
I stopped by the shop while Keith was wrapping the truck and noticed that there was no one there helping him, (it clearly takes two guys to make sure the wrap goes on strait) I told Keith that I would be willing to help him to assure the finished product would be correct, but he refused my help. At that time I started to inspected the truck and notice several areas that were not even. I meantioned all these areas and was told by Keith that they would be corrected by the time the job was done.
I recieved a phone call about two days later stating the truck was finished and I could pick it up. When I arrived at County Press I was completely shocked by what I found. The front of the truck was completely uneven, one side was about a foot higher then the other, the back of the truck where the company name is, was on an extreme angle(looking as if it was going uphill) the grey area on the top portion of the truck looked as if someone had taken a paint brush to it (lines in wrap) name on the front doors didnot match up to the other door. Some many things are wrong, I can't even list all of it.
I stood atleast 20 feet away to judge it and it looked just as bad as if you stood in front of it. I complaind and asked them to fix it, while they agreed that it didnot turn out correct they would not fix it unless I paid again (the full amount) and they stated that even then they would not guarentee that it would look any different. I asked them to remove the wrap, because it looked better before, and they informed me that it could not be removed.
Now I am out the money I paid for the job, and my truck looks horrorable, and theres nothing I can do about it. The wrap is now peeling away in places, and it was only done a few months ago.
This company knows NOTHING about wrapping a vehicle.....DONOT take anything to them and have them wrap it......no matter how bad you thing it looks NOW, Keith will only make it look WORSE!!!!!!!!!!
