Cash Link Systems ripoff fraudulent claims service not provided, residual income not paid Hollywood Florida

Purchased 3 machines from Cash Link Systems in 2/04. They did not provide placement assistance as verbally promised. I placed one machine with the other two to be placed with the same chain merchant within a few weeks. On the first day the merchant had machine issues, called the service company and was never called back. The merchant demanded that the machine be removed and refused to have the other two subsequently placed.

Two test transactions were made while the 1st machine was in place but the fees were never paid to either the merchant or the distributor.

I would be very interested in participating in any type of legal action against Cash Link including a class action.
