I started working for John Woods in June, 2009. I received my first paycheck which was (1) day short. That should have told me that he was a crook then but I took him at his word that he would pay  for the (4) sales that I sold. I was on the telephone setting up appointments to medicare beneficiaries selling them arthritis kits which was of no cost to them because medicare was paying for them. We did have to have their doctor sign off on them but half of the patients did not receive them or they did not receive what they ordered. When medicare paid on them the check went to John Woods and then he was to pay me or his other employees. I was never paid. I eventually took John Woods to small claims court in Sept. 17, 2009. The court had ordered him to pay me 10 days. To this day Oct. 14, I still have not been paid. Not only has he been fradulant with me, but I believe he is being fradulant with medicare. Please be advised of such people like John Woods.
