National Imaging Systems, Inc. Ink Cartridge Phone Scam Van Nuys California

Approximately a year ago we received a phone call. The offer was to try a ink cartridge for free. No strings attached. The offer was confirmed verbally over the phone several times before we agreed to accept the cartridge. Nine months later we received an invoice for an amount three times the value of the ink cartridge.

We have been harrassed continuously by this company in their efforts to collect money they say we owe them. We never agreed to any price. They never even mentioned how much the cartridge would be if we liked it and decided to order any in the future.

Our company has a strict policy against purchasing over the phone. We have been scammed by National Imaging Systems and would like to help warn others of the problem.
