PaymentOne - GoFaxer, PaymentOne added bogus monthly charge to my Verizon bill for service from GoFaxer which I did not request Internet

I have just reviewed my most recent Verizon bill, as it was a lot higher than usual. I found a third party billing from PaymentOne for a monthly billing of $12.95 to GoFaxer.

I have never heard of either of these companies, and have no idea how this got on my bill. As it is later than business hours, I tried looking at both of their websites. There is nothing on either website to check a consumer's billing status.

I'm very careful with all my info, and always read the fine print. Also, there is no reason why I would need on-line fax services in the first place.

I foresee this being a real battle, to get this removed from my bill and to have subsequent billings blocked.
