I ordered a christmas gift for my boss from this company online.

One section states: If you are sending this to another address, please explain why, since I was, I wrote "Christmas present for boss" in the field.

At checkout, they also mention, the manually verify CC information before processing but my order went right through, now if this is checked manually and they will only ship to the billing address, why was this not noticed and just not processed? BUT the order went right through and received confirmation, etc...About 2 hours later, i receive an email stating the order was canceled since it was being shipped to another address....HUH? (see above or thier own site) The mail also stated, "If you contact us to verify, we can then ship the order to your billing address, OK, so I called them within 5 minutes and they told me the order was already canceled and my funds would be returned to my account in 3-5 days...another HUH?

Now, I ordered 5 other gifts online and 3 after them, all shipping to another address with NO PROBLEMS, I even contacted my bank and they were fine with everything as well.

When I called and asked about all this, the Billing 'Old Bag' was a total grouch on the phone, then i contacted another # which gave me some BS excuse.

The reason I am pissed is because it was a Christmas gift and now my money is held up for 5 days, which will be the day before xmas so I have to show up at my company party with a gift for everyone except my Boss.

READ and DO NOT do business with them,I should have read this page first, plus, if you are looking for vaporisers, you can find them cheaper other places.

Total rip off!
