On 5/17/09 a web order was sent to Rollies.com. I have since noticed that this company operates under many names. My credit card was charged immediately which is not the norm for such orders. Rollies web sight has a disclaimer that enplanes that ordered items sometimes take more time to process. This is a two man operation. They very seldom answer their published phone or reply to your emails. I have had just two replies which were no more than lame excuses. It is now 09/13/09 and my order is still not fulfilled. I am not holding any thought that it will. I will be filling a report with British Columbia's Consumer Protection. I will update this report when I do. I can only say to check who you order from on the Web. I just wish I had followed my own advice. DO NOT ORDER from Rollies.com a.k.a. Rollies International.

Still Waiting for Rollies Action

Received emails from Rollies promising a swift refund but am still waiting after almost another month. Rollies accused me of giving their business a bad name. All I can say is they are living up to the reputation that I and others have experienced. In other words, beware when doing business with them. My advise would be to steer clear. There are many other good merchants out there. Rollies, you are showing us again you cannot be trusted.

Rollies Sent Refund in the Mail

Hey. Sorry for taking longer to send you that refund when you requests, just misplaced the money order. All is good now the Refund should be to you tomorrow if all goes well. I updated your account with tracking for the refund. Sorry we could not get this out of stock item to you, and we did wait but it just never came on my orders. This order was closed as refunded.
