SMOKING EVERYWHERE Total Ripoff Scam Scam Scam Sunrise, Florida

My husband ordered the smoking everywhere ciggs online in Sept., 3 days after he ordered it I did a research on the company after never receiving any confirmation from SE. I found that they had several scam reports on the company and promptly called them and canceled the order. They had already charged our account the $9.95, they said they would cancel and send me an email confirmation of the cancellation and credit the monies back to my account. They NEVER sent a confirmation and after checking for a week I never got a credit back. I called them again, they said sorry they would do this right away. Waited 2 more days, NO refund No confirmation. They then charged my account $99.02 I immediately went to my bank, started a charge back and had to cancel our card. I called them again while I was at the bank and they said the package had been sent to me and when I received it I needed to return it and then they would issue me a credit back. I told them they should never have sent me anything as I had canceled this weeks ago. I asked for a Supervisor and  guy named Jarred came on the phone he refused to give me his last name and refused to give me his boss's name, I told him I wanted them to reverse the charges immediately and he told me he wasn't going to do anything until they got the product back, I told him I had not received anything yet and I had canceled weeks ago, his words "well whatever". I have canceled my card, and began charge back and fraud proceedings against them, my only hope is they get shut down so as not to be able to continue to rip off consumers. Stay away from this company!
