Threefeathers Tobacco, Big Buffalo, Seneca Indian Nation They Stole $114.00 from me using their Internet site and speaking with "FORKED TONGUE" Irving New York

I ordered the product they advertised on their Internet site by down loading their mail order form. I sent in the order form and a check for $114.00.

A few days later an e-mail from them stated that they required verification of my mailing address and wanted me to fax or send copies of my utility bills for that purpose.

I refused and asked that my order be cancelled and for the return of my check. I received a reply stating they would return my order form and check.

After two weeks and not receiving my check back I again sent an e-mail to them. Their reply was they would research the matter and advise. That was over one month ago and the last communication they sent me.

Upon receiving my bank statement the check I wrote to them, Big Buffalo, had be cashed or deposited and cleared my bank about two days after their last e-mail to me. I have attempted to contact them and they refuse to answer any of my communications.

NO return of my check, they cashed it and NO product. If that does not constitute THEFT, I don't know what does.

If anyone ever reads this report before they do business with threefeatherstobacco.com, Big Buffalo or the Seneca Indian Nation, "Beware They Speak With Forked Tongue"
