Tygerpipes.com advertises that they are a reliable source to purchase chinese cigarettes. Wrong. I made a 50 dollar order I thought I was golden but the minute i pressed the pay button they no longer responded to any e-mails i sent to them. My package never came. I tried e-mailing them from a different address and asking about how to make an order, they quickly replied, then i asked about my order and all communications stopped. Do not trust them.

Tygerpipes is the only retailer of PEEL cigarettes that I know. There have been rumors floating around such as this, saying that the company is a scam site. I can assure you that they are NOT a scam sight, as I've ordered over 50$ worth of items from them and received them without a fuss. I've spoken to the owner, and he includes a phone number as well as the email address. Their customer service is great, even though they are a small company.

As for why they didn't respond to the other consumer, I don't know. For me my experience with tygerpipes have all been great.
