It was relieving to discover I was not alone in the feelings about this MEAN BIASED and DIRTY woman, Linda Duggan. 

A couple years ago I was taking back to court because I was accused by Linda Duggan of Chocking my child.  There were many weeks of sessions Linda was having with my child, convered by my insurance, in which I was unaware of. It was not until I was subpoenaed to court in which I found out about this allegation. When the court process started, Linda Duggan then starting filing the past sessions and claims on my insurance finally making things visible.  Through her FALSE ALLEGATIONS, I was left with supervised vistitation. After visiting with her a few sessions and her observing the relationship between my child and I she LITERALLY recanted on her allegation of me Chocking my child yet she was adimate that a chocking occurred.  She then told the court, "my child may have just been confused."  By this time the damage was done.  Be advised no effort was made by Linda Duggan to pursue the alleged suspect of child abuse.  Since it was not the "father" or of "benefit to this case" she was not concerned who perpetrated the act. In court I witnessed and heard Linda Duggan discussing the details of another case with my child's mother's lawyer.  I knew then without a doubt there was personal gain involved. This woman could care less about the WELL BEING of CHILDREN. She told me to my face that "Fathers are merely weekend play mates."

I agree and this is exactly what happened in my case. Linda Duggan of East Texas Behavioral in Forney is a filthy wicked scoundrel. she has done so much damage to my children and I that it cannot be recovered. Linda Duggan ruined the relationship between my children and I. The imporantance of a child's relationship with his/her parents in these formidable years can never be recovered if lost. Linda Duggan was paid off by my ex and lied in court on the stand under oath every time we went to court. Linda duggan does what she does for the money and has no conscience about the damage she is doing to others. Linda is a criminal on top of all of this. I looked up her criminal record like someone else on here suggested. I too am so glad to be able to let others know about Linda Duggan so they can hopefully avoid having anything to do with her.

Linda Duggan is a criminal, and she is out to destroy children.  She is an evil person who is out for number one.  I have contacted a malpractice lawyer, and I have filed a lawsuit against Linda Duggan.  These children in our community need our help.  We need to protect innocent children in our community.  This adult, this professional, is a criminal!
