Dr Spy Buddy Explore Anywhere Software LLC Ripoff Defective Product All Help Requests Ignored Windham New Hampshire

I ordered downloadable software known as Spy Buddy from the exploreanywhere.com website, paid my $49.99 in full, and downloaded the software per the instructions provided. I followed every possible step to properly setup and configure the software, but after many attempts it became evident that the software was NOT functioning properly.

As instructed by the company's website, I submitted a support ticket through the online system. I never received any response to assist me with my issue, tried with additional tickets, no response after several days. So I tried emailing them directly. No reply. Several days went by, I tried emailing a few more times, no reply. I emailed the company requesting a refund, since no one was helping me resolve the problems with the defective product. I finally received one short reply stating no one had any support tickets from me - try submitting another one.

The company was clearly ignoring my requests for help, never made an attempt to just assist me - other than telling me to submit *another* ticket. After several weeks I was still stuck with a defective product, and I had several *successfully sent* ticket numbers and email messages to prove I had done my best to contact the merchant. (They do not provide a phone number.) I was forced to dispute the charge.

Be cautious of downloading any software products from this company. It appears they also regnow.com to provide download resources, so this url appeared on my credit card statement.
