Journey education journeyed.com , academicsuperstore.com , Software ripoff, company hold no help if lost in mail or need to redownload...they just don't care , you are just out the money. They left my software on the wrong doorstep ....I am out the $350.00 Internet

Over the last five years I have needed software for school....twice the company left my software on the wrong doorstep....I am just out the money. No follow up with the shipper, nothing! They play a shell game with the company so the BBB doesn't follow up, keeping many locations in and out of the country.

"Academic Superstore is actually owned by Journey Education Marketing also in Austin, TX. Journey Education is in turn owned by Digital River in Minnetonka, MN. They seem to strive to keep customers from actually calling them. The business executive web sites list several variations of phone numbers that all lead back to India. The real phone number for Digital River corporate is 952-253-1234. The director of customer relations is Merry Kirk. Skip the Indian runaround and call Merry via Digital River.

When the corporate executives have to use a phony telephone number to avoid customers you know something's wrong.
