Don't bother buying the dating software that SkaDate has to offer. I wasted my time and money on it and got nothing but errors... That's php for you!!! In addition to unreliability, I didn't get any customer service to fix the issues either.

They look nice when you go to the site, and make it look like you have all these template choices, but really, once you get past the first page, it's all pretty much the same old tired design. Also, they are really helpful BEFORE you buy, but not so much once they get your money.

30 day money back guarantee? Good luck getting them to answer you in the 30 days in order to acknowledge that you're not satisfied. If you fall for their scam, get ready to kiss your $300 goodbye and then $100 every month thereafter!

It is funny to read all these "skadate scam" reviews about SkaDate dating software. All of them seemed to be the same and maybe made by one author. If these would be real complaints we would be snowed under with dozens of messages of outraged complaints against our company. But we are not snowed, because these reviews are written by non-existent customers.

We provide 24/7 support: phone, email, online ticket system. Every customer may contact our support department at any time and his issue will be resolved in a timely manner.

24/7 Support is NOT Accurate

In his rebuttal, Tim stated:

This is NOT accurate. You only have the ability to report problems 24/7. SkaDate does not have a support staff on hand 24/7 there's a BIG difference. Our dating site has been off-line for 3 days and we've lost customers as a result. SkaDate first told us there was no problem...then after proving to them there was a problem they said they would look into it in a few days. A few days?? That's not 24/7! How can any online dating site be expected to survive if the site goes offline for a few days??! This is the 2cd week in a row that SkaDate has allowed our site to crash - they don't seem to care that we're spending money and losing customers.

SkaDate over promises and under delivers when it flaunts it's tech support abilities.

Hi all.
Yes we provide 24/7 customer support and our customers may report problems by talking to support operators over the phone (574-203-0674), chatting via a chat, sending emails, submitting tickets via online ticket system. Our support operators always accept all reports and check problems and if it is possible to fix them straight away they do it. Sometimes it takes more time to investigate a problem than it may be expected. But all customers' problems our support department resolves in a timely manner as I wrote in the previous post.

As for the author's case we checked it and did not find anything strange with his web site it was working fine without any glitches. That web site was once suspended because we did not receive the payment for hosting and management service.

So many people are buying software from this company at about $800 a pop because they think they are going to get something great. Ha Ha Ha! Just trying to make you wake up here. This company is raking in major money with software that barely works just because people think you can make easy and big money. I bought this software and I can tell you you're in for a rude awakening. Pages look crappy, bugs galore and hosting for the software is usually expensive. I was amazed at all the problems that were left behind. The first most obvious one is that a new member can't even upload a photo without it being resized first without paying another company just for that service. They charge extra for support and you pay big for newer versions as well. They are counting on the fact that alot of people will be lured into this thinking it's easy money while it's just easy money for them. Reality will also hit when you see everybody and there brother owns a dating site and these poor looking web pages they gave you look like crap compared to the competitions. say goodbye to your extra cash is all I can say. I read these reviews to before I bought this crap and should have believed them. You will find out.

Well I see that our unfair competitor began posting his slander against our company again.
SkaDate community software costs $350 including its source code and all templates. Plus SkaDate software goes with Free Lifetime Upgrades. So his words that customers should pay for new versions are not true. As for hosting we recommend that our customers use the following hosting services by companies which they can find here: www.skadate.com/hosting.php Those hosting services are compatible to SkaDate software. In other words we don't resell hosting services so our customers do not pay us extra fee for hosting services. The other thing which is concerned the photo upload feature is not correct as well because members can easily upload their photos and make thumbnails. Their photos will be automatically resized when they make thumbnails. Also we offer a paid service by FaceJuggle.com by which administrators may allow their members to crop their photos and make delicate thumbnails.
