Universal Business Strategies total ripoff, dishonest, Phoenix Arizona

Universal business strategies ripped us off too. Ignored our requests for refunds , never returned our calls. Our mail was sent back to us that we mailed to them, their email address has changed and so has their physical address.

Are we just out of the money that was taken or is there something more we can do?? We threatened with the letter about attorneys after trying many times to get in touch with them with no response on either level.

This was back in 04/03 is there still something we can do to get our money back.

It would be different if we actually got what we paid for, but the website we supposedly purchased never even worked.
