We bought a double recliner from Ahley's. It was delivered with the leather worn off of one part of the seat. Called was told they would be out the next
week to fix it. Nothing. Called told it would be another week. Finally showed up fixed leather. They were told at that time that I could not sit in the chair
as it sat so low it cut off the circulation in my legs. Was told at that time they would make a note of it on the sheet. Nothing.

After two months of being told to sit on a pillow and that I was sitting to much on one side, took them to small claims court and won.

People do not lie down and take this kind of treatment from this company.You have spent money for things that are either broken or damaged and they refuse to do anything about it. Sure it takes time and a little bit more money but it can be worth it. Just make sure you have all your ducks in a row.
