Cakes N Things Horrible treatment of customers! InternetGirdley, Illinois

I have been doing business with this company for 5 years.  Always paying on time, always leaving a note of thanks on my order.  I  have purchased also on Ebay until recently when I was blocked for no reason.  When I asked why in a polite email, I was told: " We are sorry it upsets you but we don't have to explain our actions" candymoldcentralcom.  What is this all about.  Since I couldn't place an order on ebay, I went to the website and placed an order that I desperately needed only to find out today that my order had been cancelled.  So I called the customer service line and got from what I can see by the complaints is Mr. Smith.  I told him I was angry and even pissed off but never cussed at him or raised my voice.  He yelled at me and raised his with each sentence he rambled at me stating how dare I get on my high horse ( I don't even own a horse) and hung up on me.  So I called back and asked to speak to the owner, he said he Was the owner and how dare I call him, he didn't want my business.  I asked why he was talking to me like that and he called me a B!t*h and hung up. 

Something is wrong with this guy to treat so many people like that.  I would never recommend his company again and regret spending so much of my hard earned money with him.
