I placed my order, got automatic acceptance and paid in full with PayPal.  instantly realized that I made an error on one of the items.  Emailed him with the change order.  No reply. 

 He shipped without confirmation of the order.  Gave me what he called a "Tracking Number".   Would not answer any questions related to my order change or what he was shipping.That number never showed shipping for four days.  Not until it arrived in my town.  After checking with the Post Office, it was not a tracking number, only an assigned shipping number.  The tracking he claimed to supply me, was not.....

The box arrived but with out a packing invoice.  Only part of the order was there.  He would not reply in regards to the missing items.   I filed a complaint with PayPal and they could not help as long as he shipped something. 

He would not reply via email, and the phone number on the Site was not in service when I called.  I searched the Net for Discount Marine Hersey Pa.  Nothing.  I searched the Net for any of the 11 so called Warehouses, nothing.

I then tried the Better Business Bureau- of Hersey.  Searched their files for Discount Marine Supplies.  Nothing in Pa or the USA. 

I filed a report online with the BBB.  I received my money refunded via PayPal shortly after filing and telling Discount that I had done so. 

We do not have to put up with this Crap he puts out.  He is abusing the customers and using our money while jerking us around in cyber space.
