Family DollarCorporation Rip off,Fired Unjusticely Douglas, Arizona

Family Dollar hired me to be a trouble shooter and help gets some of there stores back on there feet and in good standing.

Then transferred to be trained for a manager and the women who was suppose to be training me .Is allowed to set people up,and then they fire you.She really had control of the store and blamed eveything on you.

She plays them for fools and they can't see it.No matter how honest you are,she makes everything look like you did it.And comes out smelling like a rose.

If you accidently mis-count a deposit you are accused of stealing and or borrowing and then putting it back.Oh yeh they call loss prevention and  make you look like an idiot

.But they can't see that she is the one stealing and setting up the good honest employee's.Believe me I tried.They fired me for not following Family dollar policies,suspended me for two weeks while doing this investigation.and then pulled up a copy of polcies that I signed back in Jan.Aint that lame.

But this employee has be-littled my character,and accused me of everthing under the sun.Trust me if i had an attoney or could afford one I would sue them big time. 

I went to loss prevention but nothing was done accept , a breach of my confidentialy,and also our regional manager done the same when I wrote him in confidence... And the betrayed me when I was telling them the truth..

I was wrongfully terminated and I and I feell sorry for other employees who are and will be done the same way.
