I ordered an iten on a monday. My card was promptly charged and the order status was "accepted" the next day. It never got shipped. I wrote four emails to both the address in my order confirmation email and via the "contact" button on his site. No response. I requested a refund in my final email (if it even got read). I then found all the reports on Ripoff Report! Wow. Sounds like I am not the first. I reported him to the FBI and ICCC as should you!

My bank reimbursed me and took a fraud report. Karma!

None of my first emails/messages were responded to. Now that I sent one stating that their charge to my card was disputed and referring them to check out their reputation on RipoffReport.com, I receive an answer. After receiving this message, they then tried to complete the order as if everything was normal. The charge will remain disputed and if the product arrives, it will be "returned to sender."

2 Months...still no refund

Update. Chase, my bank received a response from "Scott" at King of Swords with documentation showing he sent the ordered item, but long after the complaint process started. The letter showed that I had also sent the item back and HE SIGNED FOR IT. The bank somehow reversed the dispute and re-charged me the money. One more attempt to contact Scott for a refund was made. On 10/10, he wrote me stating a refund was processed and would be in my account within 2-3 days. Nine days later, no money. I am now leaving this in the capable hands of law enforcement.
