They do not provide you with a telephone number to contact them directly or an address to write them, when that happens it is usually a BIG RED FLAG NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH THAT COMPANY!! www.theorientalartscrafts.com lists exotic items from the Orient for ridiculous over inflated prices when in fact you can buy these items in Chinatown for 5.00 and up The merchandise is such poor quality and crap the jewelry and beads are made in China for 50 cents and up, and you can never get anyone to respond to your emails. The paintings are awful and you can buy at any swap meet for $20.00 or less. Don't be fooled or taken in by www.theorientalartscrafts.com which is the internet site or the name they go by which is The Oriental Arts & Crafts, their merchandise is not worth buying and of the lowest quality while trying to get the highest prices from you that they can. The Oriental Arts & Crafts or theorientalartscrafts.com also does not add shipping to your order and then after they charge your card which they do before they ship the product, which is against credit card regulations then they tell you you owe the shipping and won't ship your product until they add inflated shipping charges and want to charge your card again. They are really Awful and Terrible!! To top it all off 90% of the merchandise says not in stock, back ordered which means 2 to 3 weeks wait. Don't ever order from them you will regret it.
