I ordered from Yessmoke.com on July 17th 2002 they advertise tax free cigarettes and free shipping or a upgrade in shipping for about 1.50 a carton I ordered the maximum carton amount 5 cartons with the express shipping option to get them within 10 days. I have already reveresed charges with my credit card company so Im not at a loss but I am filling this for everyone elses infomation incase someone was to use the check card or online check system.

I should have known better that when they only give you a conformation email and no tracking numbers or anything that it was probaly a scam so for all you smokers out their do not order from them I feel sure there are legit compaines for mail order cigarettes but I wont try again with any other company because of these people the best Advice I can give is never order products out of country. I just do not want to see anyone get burned we all work hard for our money and do not need it to be stolen from con artists etc.

i have ordered from yesmoke.com for almost 1 year and have never had a problem. I don't pay for the extra shipping because it usually takes 10-12 days anyway.

I have been purchasing smokes from Yesmoke for almost 2 years. I have never had a problem with them. They always give order numbers to track shipping. They always send confirmation emails. They estimate up to 28 days shipping but always arrive in 12-20 days. They even have a discount program now. I am a very satisfied customer!

I've been ordering cigarrettes once a month for almost 2yrs. I use my charge card to get 3 cartons each month and have never had a problem. They send me a confirmation email with tracking number and all. I pay the express shipping charge and always receive it within 10-12 dys. I am very pleased and will stick with them as long as they ship to NY. Maybe this was just one of those times that there was a mix up. I highly recommend this site.

I have been ordering cigarettes online through Yessmoke for a year. They give you an order confirmation and and estimated time delivery. I have received ALL my orders in a timely fashion. I have received every order I have placed and they are the same cigaretts (Phillip Morris prodces globally) yhat they sell in the US for $40 a carton (less harmfull chemicals overseas if you read the reoports)and yes smoke sells them for $%14.95. Maybe the original poster did not have a valid credit card to receive his/her order? This company is great and NOT a rip off. Thank you

I haven't heard squat

I ordered 4 cartons of Cigerettes on June 3rd, 2004. It is now June 18th 2004. I haven't heard squat. How do you track it? I tried to find that but couldn't. They sure got thier money in a hurry.

I even sent them email, asking why and when, on June 14th, and never even got a reply.
I read its delivered my Swiss Air.

I have never seen a swiss delivery truck before, and I live in Chicago.
Who delivers it here in the US?

I just went back to the Yesmoke webpage, and spent sometime searching for a way to track my order. It CLEARLY STATES under the FAQ, the use SWISSPOST for delivery, and there is NOWAY to Track your order. And just to mention, the comfirmation number I was given, with the password, NOLONGER WORKS. So, WHATS UP WITH THAT???? I think they sent you guys more then Cigarettes. How about some of that Wacky Weed and a Testimonial Payment? Cause somebody is not telling the truth here. I think I am getting RIPPED OFF here!

I don't think you know what you are talking about. In your comment you say it is now the 18th and you still have not received . I may be in nj but if your calender is the same as mine today is only JUNE 14!!!! Now who's smoking the wacky weed...........

Seeing as how Yesmoke ships from Switzerland, OF COURSE you hadn't received them yet (by the 15th of June) if you ordered on June 11th or even June 8th for that matter! It takes at least 10 days to get to the US... mine always took exactly 14 and despite what they state on their site, all of my cartons arrived on the same day (exactly 14 days past ship date), every time, here in Seattle, WA.

One thing to watch out for is that it may take up to 2 days before your order actually gets picked up from Yesmoke by the SwissePost or whoever it is the shipment starts with in Lugano, Switzerland. (All of this is disclosed before you finally submit your order.) Then, your shipment travels through the main postal carrier of each country it passes through on its way to the US - which is why you've never seen a SwissAir truck in Chicago! You're so funny! Anyway, if you ordered on 6/8/04, you should have them by now. Did you ever get them? I'm guessing they arrived on 6/25/04?

I got anxious on my 1st order, too, and emailed them on the 13th day.... the package beat their response here! But I did receive an email back within 48 hours describing the last point they were able to track it to and the estimated arrival date (which they estimated 100% correctly!). They do expect you to wait the full 28 days before they will do a refund for non receipt.

If you can't read the order terms, DON'T ORDER!

I used yessmoke for over 3 years and never had a problem with either serivce or quality of product. ON the contrary I had less health problems with their cigarettes than i did with US made. The first time i had a problem was not with Yessmoke, but with our illegal government activities in confiscating cigarettes in NY then holding them until yessmoke lost customers due to illegal seizure. It is pathetic how this once free country now harasses legal trade and threatens it own citizens in order to steal their hard earned money through outradious taxes. Not only did the US seize these cigarettes illegally (based on US postal codes) they then tried to get us to fill out forms trying to get back the product that was seized illegally. What a rouse. IN contrast. I never did get 3 orders and it was Yessmoke (the criminals /sarcasm) that reimbursed me for items I never received but that they in turn did not recieve the revenue for. It is also clear that philip morris is behind a good portion of this pathetic attempt to create a monooply. Can you say Robber Baron???
