I´ve ordered a set of golfclubs plus some wedges on the 9th of January relying on their promise stated in bestbuygolfsupply homepage that orders are processed within 3-5 days . I received the order of confirmation immediately. After checking with their homepage some days later it was clear that they didn´t process my order - so I wrote an email to get the answer, that i would have first to fax them my printed credit card statement. Although this is quite unusual in Europe I did so and was hoping for the 3-5 business days for manufacturing and the shipment immediately afterwards.
Only there was no shipment and their homepage displays my order as still not processed (my credit card shows that the money has been transferred)

So I wrote another email informing bestbuygolfsupply that I would cancel the order if they can´t ship my goods and got - no reply. I wrote again to all the company´s different email adresses - no reply
I called them 5 times !(International Calls), leaving numerous messages on their answering machines and got - no reply

To be honest, as a customer i´ve never been treated with such ignorance and can only hope, that the truth about this company will spread fast - I certainly demand my money back and will inform the relevant european forums about this company

Cuustomer is wrong.

As stated on our site. We "Do Not" ship any products internationally until we receive a faxed or emailed statement of the credit card that is being used on the order showing the same shipping address. This information is clearly stated on our policies page. You were never charged either and we can verify that. We have never charged a customer without sending the product to them.
