After all of the drama TJ finally came through with the boards. I was very surprised and glad that he did so. Like a few others, I really thought that I had been swindled out of my money. After a last effort email, TJ amazing said that he would fulfill everyone's order. This is a good sign of his character. I am very gratefull that I got my boards. They look fantastic! Everyone deserves a second chance. Even after this experience I would still business with him.

Hello everyone!  I am writing this rebuttal to first acknowledge the fact that there was a less than professional experience surrounding this transaction.  I will not bore anyone with the details, but this was a case of our business growing too fast.  There were 2 transactions that were mishandled during those crazy times and both have been resolved.  We have since embraced our company growth and have worked through the challenges that came with it.  Buckeye Gameboards now sells about 50 high quality cornhole sets per week with many, many satisfied customers.  My apologies go out to the few customers who have had a bad experience with our company.  We strive for 100% customer satisfaction and we take these matters VERY SERIOUSLY.  To date, we have no outstanding complaints from any of our customers.  The original author of this post has since updated that we have resolved this claim.  I have personally spoken with this customer since the resolution.  He has stated to me that he is very, very satisfied with his purchase and would still recommend Buckeye Gameboards in the future.  Feel free to contact us at 440.590.6994 if you would like any additional information and thanks for your time.
