Mr. Andre Ross is one interesting individual. First informed me that he cannot beleive we can sell a 150cc Trike for that low of a price delivered for $2200. He told me he was an ATT employee and will give me some special deals if I can get these 3 Trikes to him and his friends.
I informed him of the colors choices and asked him if he would take them, because these were the last 3 left that our wearhouse had, and sold out otherwise in the US. So gave him first choice. He agreed and received all 3 trikes delivered with no issues.
It turned out, and I don't blame him for that, that he has no idea how an engine operates, and does not even know the basics. Which is perfectly fine, as I told him take the Trikes to a mechanic to show you the basics. Also, offered a phone number of another customer that just received the same model Trike, and agreed to offer assistance to Mr. Andre Ross. The name of the mechanically knowledgeable customer is David Pennell TL (618) 439-1765, who agreed to give information about how well and excellent his identical make and model Trike is. Mr. Andre Ross did contact David Pennell. I then contacted David Pennell to ask him how did the conversation with Andre Ross went. David Pennell told me that the reason Andre Ross has had issues is because he does not even know how to adjust the Idle Speed on the Carburetor. As a matter of fact one time Mr. Andree Ross called me in the middle of the night saying one of his friend's Trikes Stopped and would Not Start, and it turned out to be that Mr. Andre Ross did not realize that his friend had accidently hit the Kill Switch on the Trike and did not re-set it, so the Trike would not start until it was re-set.
Oh Well, Myself I have spent hours with Andre on the phone explaining basic operation, etc. even on Sunday, I called him back.
The last message he left me on my cell phone was I need a New Windshield under warranty because my windshield came with a crack. Which is true it did, and he sent me a photo, as requested, and I am asking Icebear again to send a new one to him. All in all he is a good guy if you can call him that. Very un-appreciative I would say. He expects me to jump in the middle of the night and tell him how to adjust his carburetor so the Trike will do 55 mph instead of 45 mph. I hope he understand, oh well, I have kids too. Andre a High Performance Chrome Pipe is available that would get you to 65 mph, I can order one for you. As far as safety pins on the wheels self locking nut, you can get them at any automotive parts store they are about 50 cents each or so, and I do appologize for that, as I am not the one that packaged them.
