I purchased a "Ghillie Suit" over the internet.  The website return policy stated 100% satisfaction guaranteed.  You may receive a refund if you contact us for a return authorization within 30 days and keep all original packaging and shipping containers.

My son tried on the ghillie suit, it was too big and he did not care for the style.  I called the phone number to the company that was printed on the shipping label and found it was disconnected.  I sent an e-mail to the address on the website which routed me to a wholesale jersey company.  When I asked for a return authorization number, I received a reply that day which said if the item was too big I could trim the suit.  I sent reply the next day that I wanted to return it for a refund.  I did not receive an answer.

I have tried sending e-mails for 10 days with no response.  Now the website has disappeared.  I looked up the name of the company which accepted my payment, Joseph Wunsch, and found the ripoff report alert.  Even though this company has been reported for more than one year, it continues to use websites to solicit their products and receive payments from reputable agencies, such as Paypal, which I used.  Reputable payee companies should not forward their cutomer's funds to this company.  

I believe that any company that does a disappearing act from their customers after accepting payment is not legit and does not deserve any consumer's hard earned money.
