DO NOT BUY ICE BEAR PRODUCTS (ATV'S) THERE ARE JUNK!

I purchased a $731.00 PAH125-3E I only had it for a week. It got delivered on the 3rd of June and it broke on the 10th of June. When my 13 year son that weighs 85 pounds jumped a 4 inch tall, 30 inch wide, 20 inch with jump that I had made him out of dirt the whole frame broke out from under him. The aft shock just split and brok off. luckly my son was not hurt during all of this. He just got a scrape or 2 and was shocked. It takes them 2 weeks to respond to you by email or phone. They told me that the damage was customer caused, and that the frame is not included in the warranty. The only reasion that the fram is not covered in the warranty is because they know that it is cheap weak metal.

I would have sent it back to Western atv but they said that they do not accept returns. As far as I can see Icebear atvs are of inferior parts and do not hold up to the standards that they say they do. The second day that i had it while I was washing it the paint started to fall off and there was rust under the paint and then 5 day after that it broke.? WOW verry cheap.

I tryed to ask for a new fram or a new atv or even my money back and they said that I would have to pay for a new frame but why in GODS NAME would I buy a new frame from them just to have it break on my son again in a weeks time?? Can you answer me that?

websites are now selling ICE BEARS products so BEWARE, they have no parts to fix warranty work or after that and remember the workmanship and quality!

DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T BUY ICEBEAR!
