This is unreal.

I ordered a custom jersey from NFLshop.com and as soon as I hit "submit" I realized that I made a mistake on something. I immediately called them to explain and see if they could help. I didn't expect the answer of "No, once a custom jersey is ordered there is nothing we can do."

I told her that I could understand if it came to my house and I was sending it back, but I' not. I called 7 minutes after it was ordered. It hasn't been made yet! She still refused to help. So I asked her that even though I called 7 minutes after the order was placed and the jersey has not been made yet that she could not help me and she said no.

That is just ruthless in my opinion. They could have helped me out and they refused. They hadn't even started or processed my order yet and they still refused to make a change or cancel it.

I will never order another product from them again. Just say no to nflshop.com
