Tank Sports Inc has deceived not just consumers; but dealers.  I purchased from a B&M dealer, who turned around closed & disappeared.  To resurface elsewhere...to disappear again. 

From mid-2009, I sent 1 letter and 2 emails, with 1 email response.  Jim Ji has jokes (racial too).  Recently, I went on one of the scooter forums and read Tank Sports closed its doors!  What????  I went to the Tank Sports website and yes, they did file bankruptcy!  We as consumers, will not receive a response and we will not be able to file against them.  Unless, this company resurface (just like the B&M dealer) under a new name and location.

I WENT THROUGH THE SAME CRAP.  TYPE TANK SPORTS INTO THE SEARCH COLUMN AND MY RIPOFF REPORT WILL POP UP WITH YOURS.  I HAD THE SAME BS FED TO ME AND NEVER RECIEVED ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS.  EBAY WAS JUST AS USELESS AND NOW I STILL HAVE A BUSTED ATV SITTING IN MY SHED.  GOOD LUCK AND CHECK OUT MY REPORT WHEN YOU GET A CHANCE.  ALL I CAN DO IS LAUGH ABOUT IT NOW BECAUSE I GOT ABSOULTELY NOWHERE WITH THIS COMPANY.  THEY CLOSED AND DISSAPEARED JUST LIKE YOU SAID.  JIM JI IS LUCKY HE LIVES 2500 MILES AWAY FROM ME BECAUSE HE WOULD BE WALKING AROUND WITH AN ATV UP HIS A$$ RIGHT NOW IF HE DIDN'T
