Tecnica USA Failed to be a responsible corporate citizen West Lebanon New Hampshire

Tecnica manufactured and sold ski boots that in my opinion are seriously defective and is not taking any steps to recall the boots. The ski boot model was sold under the TNT AVS Carbontech model with a bright orange shell. The boot shell completely disintegrates! How many people out there have been seriously injured or worse, died as a result of the boot completely failing?

Companies design products that do on occasion have design flaws. The problem I have is that Tecnica is not acknowledging that there is a problem. Tecnica should have filed a product recall once this was discovered over 15 years ago!

Tecnica is simply offering a discount towards the purchase of new boots as an accommodation. Who would want to buy "discounted" boots from a company that neither takes care of their problems/customers and designs boots with such a serious design flaw?

Tecnica should voluntarily be a good corporate citizen by accepting responsibility for their defective product and voluntarily recall the boots.
