Timothy Stallard, conover dr. franklin ohio is the owner of a once  successful Ebay business named www.proshopwarehouse.com. the business would provided used high end golf equipment for sale on Ebay.com. The once popular business at one time enjoyed a successful run, only to start robbing its consumers,  and i mean BAD! I met the owner at a trade show and agreed to supply Tim with Golf equipment, that was 13 thousand dollars ago! he robbed me, he has bounced endless amounts of checks to many people, including myself... im not sure, but this tim stallard may be in jail, or on his way to prison, if he hasnt yet, he will be. i talked with the Franklin ohio police whom were aware of this guy as floods of calls claiming fraud on ebay and in the franklin area have come through to authorities regarding this scheming con artist...after i recieved no answers to my calls to their biz line, i googled timothy stallard where i found many people ripped off and leaving info regarding his business location. The recent visit to their storefront was bad news again, theyre were 2 closed signs in the door, and many boxes visible on the floor, HES CUTTIN N RUNNING! the insane thing is that this dude still has some listings on Ebay for golf equipment! he is still periodically scammin folks under the business name www.proshopwarehouse.com..  i think Ebay has caught on though as many people have not recieved golf clubs, and golf equipment etc... this dude is rumored to be strung out on the bad stuff.... one of the blogs mentioned he has fell on hard times due to a floundering economy, but i would say due to the outright ripping off of folks for 10s of thousands, some individuals for over 20k, that the other rumor is more likely to be accurate. the business listed a partner named brad, a golf pro in franklin ohio, they said he has fled the area as he is trying to save his good name.... I was able to get this guy on the phone from a remote phone using a different name, he was ready to take an order for golf clubs, imagine that! calls from all of us that have been robbed only get a voice mail... I believe very soon we shall see this crook Tim Stallard on the news for some very serious fraud, and god knows what else.... its one thing to go out of business, its another too take those down with ya! they have a place for scumbags like him, federal pen!
