I ordered the abtronic belt from a relay center at 1-800-275-7494. The electronic center piece stopped functioning properly
several months later, and a representative at the same number told me that they would replace the unit if I sent it to an address in Paramount, CA.

Several weeks after sending the electronic to this address for replacement, I called the number again to find out what the hold up was. The next representative said that her company or relay center no longer deals with the product and had no information about what happened to the electronic center piece I sent in for replacement. I did receive a phone number for the actual seller of the product at 1-800-982-1885, but the representative at this number will only deal with firming gel orders and other accessories, not with replacements for defective electronic center piece units that make the device operate in the first place.

Later, I simply had to go to a website at emsparts.com to order and pay $66 for another electronic unit, even though I had originally purchased an abtronic package for around $140 with a defective part that was never replaced. To this day, I cannot find a representative at any number who will deal with defective parts -- except for the representatives at 1-800-275-7494 who told me to send my defective part to Paramount, CA, and then later denied their affiliation with the product.
